2024.11.19. GPT와 영어공부 : gym

Every day after work, I head to my apartment gym to work out. I spend about 30 minutes on the treadmill daily. I like to walk fast on an incline—it’s my favorite way to exercise. Watching Netflix while I walk makes the time fly by, which I love. Since I’ve been doing this consistently, I feel like my health has improved a lot. My stamina has gotten so much better, and I really feel the difference.
