It’s autumn now, so the ginkgo trees look amazing—the whole street is covered in yellow.

Though, I can’t say I’m a fan of the smell from the fallen ginkgo nuts. It’s pretty strong.

Plus, they have a bouncy texture, which makes them fun to eat.

That’s why I enjoy roasted ginkgo nuts!
